Threshold Delivery

  • Any adult age 18 or older must be present at home to accept the scheduled delivery. This can be a neighbor, family member, friend, or anyone else you choose.

  • Ensure that all pathways, entrances, and doorways are clear. During the winter season, the delivery team cannot complete deliveries unless all entrances, driveways, walkways, sidewalks, and stairs/steps are free of snow and ice, as well as being salted or sanded.

  • Your items will arrive in factory packaging; you are responsible for unpacking and assembling them.

  • Inspect the items and sign to confirm receipt.

  • Unpack, assemble, and report any concealed damage within 24 hours by contacting Customer Support.

White Glove Delivery

  • Any adult age 18 or older must be present at home to accept the scheduled delivery. This can be a neighbor, family member, friend, or anyone else you choose.

  • Clear the designated setup area and ensure all pathways are unobstructed. During the winter season, the delivery team cannot complete deliveries unless all entrances, driveways, walkways, sidewalks, and stairs/steps are free of snow and ice, as well as being salted or sanded.

  • The delivery team will bring your items directly into your home.

  • They will wear shoe covers when required, consult with you about layout, unpack, and assemble your furniture.

  • A final inspection will be performed, and key features of your furniture will be demonstrated.

  • In eligible cases, your old mattress or box spring may be removed, subject to safety and hygiene guidelines.
