We provide various methods to ensure you receive your new furniture in a manner that best suits your needs and lifestyle.
Home Deliveries
Home delivery is available in two service levels:
1. Threshold Delivery (Basic Home Delivery)
Service Details:
Your items are delivered to your home’s front door. Merchandise arrives in factory packaging.
Your Responsibilities:
You are required to unpack the merchandise, move it to your desired room, assemble items as needed, and report any concealed damage within 24 hours.
Limitations:
For liability reasons, our delivery team cannot move or remove your old furniture or mattresses. Items that do not fit through your entrance cannot be hoisted. In winter, deliveries cannot be completed unless all entrances, driveways, and walkways are clear of snow and ice.

2. White Glove Delivery (Full-Service Home Delivery)
Service Details:
Our professional team delivers your items into your home, unpacks, assembles, and sets up your furniture according to your layout preferences. They consult with you about placement, perform a final inspection, demonstrate key features, and remove all packaging debris. In eligible cases (such as new mattress or foundation orders), removal of old items may be provided (subject to safety and hygiene guidelines).
Limitations:
The team cannot remove your old furniture unless specifically noted for eligible orders. Like Threshold Delivery, items that do not fit or unsafe winter conditions may delay delivery.

Shipping Options
We ship via FedEx including both Ground Shipping and Direct Ship items.
Shipping via FedEx
1. Ground Shipping
Eligibility: These items ship via FedEx within 3 to 5 business days of placing your order anywhere in the contiguous United States (excluding Alaska and Hawaii).
Pricing: We offer Ground Shipping flat rates ranging from $4.99 to $149.99.
Tracking: You will receive tracking information via email and text.
Mattress Note: Mattresses shipped via Ground Shipping come in state‑of‑the‑art packaging and does NOT include removal of your old mattress or foundation.
2. Direct Ship
What It Means: Some products ship directly from the manufacturer with shipping fees included in the price. This applies to select products with a “Shipping Included” badge on mybobs.com. Direct Ship items are not eligible for pickup.
Service Details: Delivered via FedEx within 3 to 5 business days of placing your order. You will receive an email with FedEx tracking information once your order ships, and some assembly may be required.
