What is a Delivery Time Window?

Deliveries occur between the hours of 6:30 am and 6 pm. A delivery time window is the planned period during which you can expect your delivery on your scheduled day. It is assigned the day before delivery based on our routing system—which factors in order volume, travel distance, and the number of items on the truck.Special Options

Scheduling your Delivery
Notification Process
When your order (or part of it) becomes available for delivery scheduling, you will receive an email or text notification.Rescheduling
If you need to change or cancel your delivery date, please call or text Customer Support at least 4 days before the scheduled window to avoid delays or fees.Tracking
On the day of delivery, track your truck using our online tool. GPS updates provide real‑time arrival estimates. For FedEx shipments, use the tracking information provided in your email or text message.
