Understanding Order Status & Scheduling

Sometimes, certain items in your order may be available for immediate scheduling, while others are not.

Inventory & Scheduling:

  • Limited inventory can delay delivery until replenishment.

  • Items cannot be scheduled more than 30 days in advance.

  • If unable to schedule delivery at the time of purchase, we will notify you via email or text when your items are ready for scheduling.

Order Status Updates:

  • Check your order status online with your order number.

  • When you check order status, we’ll include expected availability dates.
