There are two different options for BOBtastic Pickup. You can choose to Ship to Store or Pickup at a Distribution Center. Unpacking and assembly required.
Direct Ship items are not eligible for pickup.
Ship to Store Merchandise Transfer:
Merchandise is not stocked for immediate pickup in our stores. Please allow 4 to 10 days for us to transfer the items in your order from the distribution center to your selected pickup location. We will contact you via email or text when your order is ready to be scheduled online. Pickups are by appointment only.
Pickup at a Distribution Center:
Please allow 3 days for the distribution center to prepare your order for pickup. We will contact you via email or text when your order is ready to be scheduled online. Pickups are by appointment only.
What You Need to Bring:You need to have a vehicle capable of safely transporting your furniture. Please bring ID, sales order, vehicle packing material, padding, and rope.
Loading Assistance:
Our pickup team will assist you in loading your vehicle. But you are responsible for securing the merchandise to your vehicle.
Assembly Required:
Since items will be in factory packaging, some merchandise may require assembly once you get the merchandise to your home.
Important Note:Please notify us in advance if somebody other than the person who placed the order will be picking up the merchandise. For your security, we’re unable to release the furniture to anybody other than the purchaser unless notified in advance.
