Once you accept your furniture, it typically can't be returned. There are, however, a few exceptions.

When to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Immediately Upon Delivery:

If your furniture arrives with visible damage, defects, or if it doesn’t match what you ordered (for example, the wrong size, color, or style), please initiate a return or exchange immediately by calling or texting Customer Support.

After Delivery:

If issues develop after your furniture has been in your home—such as concealed damage, malfunctioning parts, or fabric issues—our support team will assess the situation. We’ll help determine whether a return, repair, or replacement is needed. In many cases, our support team may ask for clear photos and a detailed description to better evaluate your claim.

How to Begin the Process

Review Our Policy:

Our return policy generally covers items in new or nearly new condition within 30 days of purchase (exceptions apply for custom orders).
