What does the standard warranty cover?
It covers manufacturing defects and workmanship failures under normal use. Damage from accidents or misuse is not covered. Please refer to the Terms of Sale.
How do I file a warranty claim?
Call or text Customer Support with your order details and photos. Our team will assist you with the claim process.
What if my furniture is no longer covered by any of Bob’s warranty programs?
If your Bob's furniture requires repair and you're outside of any warranty period, you can schedule a service technician to visit your home for a fee. If you need a replacement part, you can purchase the part as well.
What is a defect in materials or workmanship?
Bob's is proud to guarantee that our manufacturers properly construct our items using quality materials.
A defect is a failure in these materials or workmanship within the first year.
Examples of defects include, but are not limited to:
Splitting or cracking of solid wood
Separation of seams in upholstery
Failure of reclining mechanisms, including motors
What should I do if my furniture arrives damaged?
Report any concealed damage within 24 hours of delivery by calling or texting Customer Support with your order number and photos of the issue.
What if an issue develops after my furniture has been in my home?
Our Customer Support team will assess whether the problem is covered under warranty, Goof Proof®, or if additional repairs (with associated fees) are required. We are here to help guide you through your options.
How do I initiate a return or exchange?

Where is my refund check?
If you're looking to find out when you would receive your refund check, please call or text Customer Support and have the phone number and email address associated with your order ready.
What form will my refund be issued?
If you paid with a credit card you would be refunded back to that credit card. If you paid with cash or check, we would send you a corporate check. If you pay with financing, we will refund the finance company, and they will send you any owed balance.
