Power Bob Essential and Power Bob Ultra power foundation mechanisms & electrical components:
5-year full manufacturer’s warranty against defects in workmanship or materials from the date of the original item’s receipt. Any defective bed part will be replaced at no cost during the first five years.
Additional 5-year prorated limited warranty during years 6 through 10 after the date of possession that protects against any mechanical bed part found to be defective.
Electronics, electrical components, drive motors and massage motors are excluded. Any defective part that qualifies will be replaced by the manufacturer at a prorated value
Power Bob Elite electronics & motor system:
3-year limited manufacturer’s warranty that protects against defects in workmanship or materials from the date of the original item’s receipt.
10-year limited manufacturer’s warranty against defects in workmanship or materials from the date of the original item’s receipt on the steel frame and mechanism unit.
Any part found to be defective during the warranty period will be replaced or repaired at no cost to the original purchaser.
Auburn Adjustable Base:
3-year limited manufacturer’s warranty that protects against defects in the workmanship or materials for a period of three (3) years from the date of the original item’s receipt.
Electronics, electrical components, drive motors and massage motors are included.
Any part found to be defective during the warranty period will be replaced or repaired at no cost to the original purchaser.
Purchaser shall bear all service, transportation, labor, and shipping costs related to the delivery and replacement of the defective part.
This warranty does not apply to any damage caused by the customer, if there has been any repair or replacement of the adjustable base parts by an unauthorized person or if the adjustable base has been mishandled.
