Verify the furniture requiring a repair
Perform a thorough review of your product issue and listen to your concern
Review a plan for resolving your product concern
Complete the repair or if needed, order parts
Inspection
Complete a final inspection of the repair with you
Demonstrate features of furniture and how to care for it
Ask for your electronic signature to acknowledge service visit
Cleanup
Remove all packaging and debris related to your service visit

If any issues arise during your service visit, your service technician should contact Bob’s dedicated in-home service support line using your phone prior to leaving
