What you need to know:
Your delivery is in-motion.
We're excited to share that your furniture is on its way from our warehouse to the delivery team! Just a heads-up—changes to your delivery date at this point could cause significant delays.
An adult (18+) must be at home to accept the delivery.
An adult age 18 or older should be present at home to accept the scheduled delivery. This can be a neighbor, family member, friend, or anyone else you choose.
Your delivery time window is assigned the day before delivery.
Our goal is to deliver your merchandise as quickly as possible. We assign our delivery routes the day before to ensure we deliver efficiently to everyone.
Need a COI?
Some buildings require a Certificate of Insurance (COI) for delivery. If needed, please submit your COI request (opens in a new tab) at least 72 hours before the delivery date, as we cannot deliver without it.
