How do I make a payment for my American First Finance (AFF) order?

How do I make a payment for my Fortiva order?

Can gift cards be used for all purchases?

Yes, gift cards are redeemable both online and in-store. You can also contact our Bob’s Squad at 860-812-1111 to apply your gift card over the phone.

Do you offer Coupons?

No, Bob's Discount Furniture does not offer coupons. Any coupons found on coupon sites are fraudulent and cannot be honored by Bob's. Instead of coupons, we offer haggle-free everyday low prices. We don't have sales, so you always know you are getting the best price whenever you shop at Bob's.

Can I modify my financed order after created?

Yes; Once your financed order is placed and you’ve signed your contract, any changes will need to be made in person at your store and a new contract will need to be created.

Can I pay with multiple payment methods?

Yes, you can pay for your order using multiple payment methods.

Why was my payment declined?

If you have received information that your payment method was declined, you will need to go to the store with your payment method and a valid ID to process payment.

When will I receive my first financed bill?

Normally you will receive your bill 30-45 days after delivery has been completed.

Do you offer refunds or replacements for lost gift cards?

No; Treat these gift cards as cash. Once lost, we cannot replace them.

Can I transfer my financing balance to another person?

The financed credit is only available to the original applicant.

Can I convert my gift card balance into cash?

No; Gift cards are a store credit only that will never expire and cannot be refunded.

Where can I view my Klarna payments?

Log into your Klarna app or account. Go to payments and select an order to view the payment plan.
