# Photo Submission Guide

No matter what the issue, we will need photos to best determine possible solutions. Even if it's a non-visible sound or squeak, photos can still be helpful!

To report a product issue and provide photos, you will need call or text Customer Support for assistance.

Ultimately, if our Pro needs you to take photos of your product issue, then please follow these general instructions for what photos to take. This should give us what we need to help you out!

1. A photo of your affected item within the room, including its surroundings.

2. A photo of the affected item by itself.
