### Here’s what your service team should do during your service visit

#### BOBtastic Greeting

- Introduce themselves and review the details of the service appointment
- Take precautions to protect your home from damage

#### BOBtastic Service

- Thoroughly inspect your product
- Review a plan for resolving your product concern
- Clean up area and return merchandise to original place

#### BOBtastic Support

- Part order is needed
- Item is unrepairabl
- Concern is not covered under warrant

### Here’s what your Furniture Expert cannot do during your service visit:

- Relocate or remove any old furniture or mattresses
- Service furniture not included on the scheduled appointment
